What Youll Be Doing:
Oversee daily storeroom and warehouse operations ensuring accurate inventory control proper material flow and safe handling practices.
Implement and maintain effective systems and processes for receiving inspecting storing issuing and documenting materials including ERP (SAP) transaction accuracy and reporting.
Coordinate closely with maintenance production procurement and logistics teams to forecast needs manage purchase orders support operational requirements and assist with crossborder shipments.
Lead train and support storeroom staff while fostering a safe compliant and productive work environment aligned with PPE quality environmental and audit standards.
Maintain strong inventory discipline by monitoring stock levels identifying slowmoving obsolete or critical items and recommending appropriate adjustments.
Execute and oversee inventory controls such as cycle counts physical inventories variance investigations and continuous improvement of stock accuracy.
Organize materials efficiently by managing storage labeling equipment use and warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.
What Are We Looking For:
35 years of experience in industrial stores or warehouse supervision; cement or heavy industry preferred
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP platforms ideally SAP
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or a related field preferred; not required
Effective communicator and collaborator across functions vendors and logistics partners
Skilled in organizing work prioritizing in a fastpaced industrial environment and leading a team
