Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory transactions are properly recorded.
Perform cycle counts physical inventories and inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support business operations.
Coordinate with warehouse logistics procurement and production teams to address inventory-related issues.
Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on inventory performance and accuracy.
Process inventory adjustments transfers and reconciliations within ERP systems.
Identify and support initiatives to reduce excess obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance inventory management processes and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
Comply with EHS regulations and policies; identify and report any EHS concern and support corrective actions.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Logistics Materials Supply Chain Management or related OR 2 years relevant expedrience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel Power Point and Word
APICS Certification
Oracle knowledge and experience
Six Sigma Green Belt
Working knowledge of MRP
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Strong problem-solving skills
