Job Summary

The Inventory Sales Support monitors inventory levels and reserves materials to ensure timely deliveries of orders.

Key Responsibilities

Track inventory movements replenish stock as needed and ensure items are available for sale
Follow-up with stock planners and buyers
Review open orders to make sure orders are reserved released to the warehouse and update the confirmed ship dates
Monitor Inventory levels and stock trailers coordinate and firm the planned purchase orders
Work with our inside sales reps stock planners and operations supervisors on Inventory updates to ensure timely deliveries
Work with the inside sales team and help followup on MTO orders when needed

Exceptional interpersonal analytical and customer service skills
Strong self-motivation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Warehouse Management Systems and D365
Possess strong commitment to team environment while working well with others
