- Ensure our stock stays replenished by inputting and sending accurate purchase orders
- Work closely with suppliers to confirm pricing quantities and shipping schedules
- Monitor and follow up on open POsresolving issues before they become problems
- Communicate across departments to provide updates and insights
- Analyze stock needs and assist with reports charts and supply chain trends
- Schedule truckloads and coordinate deliveries with our shipping partners
- Keep everything running smoothly using Excel Outlook and our internal systems
