Position: Inventory & Price Tag Maintenance Associate
Location: On-site role in Grapevine TX.
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and replace product price tags accurately across assigned locations.
- Validate and correct UPC (Universal Product Code) data discrepancies.
- Perform daily field visits to client locations in Grapevine starting at 6:00 AM.
- Coordinate with team leads and client representatives to resolve inventory and pricing issues.
- Track and report UPC corrections price tag updates and overall project status.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic inventory management and auditing experience.
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Comfortable using web-based systems and internal tools.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with UPC validation and inventory systems.
- Familiarity with data uploads and file management.
- Basic understanding of JSON files and cloud storage (Blob Storage) is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting data quality issues.
Work Environment
- Field-based role with daily travel to client sites.
- Early morning schedule (must be able to arrive at the location by 6:00 AM).
- Combination of physical store work data validation and reporting responsibilities.
This position is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented dependable comfortable with early mornings and able to balance hands-on store work with basic data and system-related tasks.
