The Inventory & Order Pulling Supervisor directly supervises and monitors crew members as they organize and maintain accurate inventory counts and oversees the prep work and pulling of all orders. This role communicates closely with packaging teams to ensure everyone is aligned on order needs and supports the companys Standards of Conduct & Discipline.What Youll Do
- Supervise & Coach: Delegate daily and weekly tasks to crew members track attendance and breaks monitor production rates and provide coaching and training.
- Train & Evaluate: Train new employees and assess their performance through written and practical exams.
- Manage Inventory: Perform accurate weekly inventory counts enter data into Master Inventory sheets and keep storage areas clean and organized.
- Pull Orders: Pick and pull product for orders including flower joints and concentrates.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control inspections and assist with final packaging when needed.
- Track Errors: Record pulling errors distribute weekly error reports and coach the team to reduce mistakes.
- Prep Orders: Print premanifests and box labels and maintain accurate records in the Pull Team tracker.
- Communicate: Update to-do lists in Basecamp notify the packaging team of order needs and send daily end-of-shift reports.
- Maintain Compliance: Keep product properly labeled and compliant and maintain a clean organized workspace.
- Support the Team: Cross-train on inspecting and shipping procedures assist other departments and support R&D projects as assigned.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Trimming or plant experience helpful but not required
- Experience with computers and tracking software preferred
- Ability to stand sit and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
