• The Inventory Coordinator will oversee inventory levels & needs (rooms and/or tours based on business directive)

• Add remove or modify all inventory (rooms & tours) to maximize efficiencies.

• Answer & respond to phone calls and emails regarding availability booking procedures budget goals or any needed assistance from other teams/partners.

• Work with 3rd parties (including but not limited to internals & external partners)

• Follow company policies guidelines and work instructions for efficiency.

• Back up support for the Inventory Supervisor

• Review and maintain reports to confirm No Show cost based on retail reservation rates as requested.

• Analyze reservations and review information that would validate no show collections as requested.

• Process and reconcile appropriate billing invoices from all properties as requested.

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting no show collection results as requested.

• This position requires you to be a local resident in the Orlando metro area.

• Dual entry reservations between Voice and Clarity and audit both systems for accuracy.

• Review upcoming reservations for each hotel partner weekly to ensure accuracy.

• Process room requests from the HUB and placing guests reservations based on availability and business needs.

• Conduct Market Review for assigned cities on a regular basis reviewing room & tour inventory preparing allotment reports & needs and communicating with internal management and hotel partners for reservations flow.
