Inventory Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and perform daily cycle counts.
• Responsible for understanding the process for the supply storage and accessibility of inventory items.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by manager.
• 5S and housekeeping tasks as required by procedures.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct receiving sorting and distribution of inventory components from incoming shipments.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Verify that all incoming and outgoing material conforms to local and corporate quality procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by placing and taking inventory out of proper locations.
• Properly fill out paperwork for internal and external customers.
• Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assure that inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner including but not limited to stock pull issuing goods and shipping material.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
• 1 Years working in a Warehouse/shop related environment preferred.
• 1 Years shipping and receiving experience is a plus but not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work schedule will vary to cover days and nights and will be set by manager.
• Will be required to be on an on call schedule set by manager.
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
• Learn to operate various types of fork lift devices and cranes.
• Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
