Job Summary

Description

The Inventory Control Manager oversees stock accuracy manages inventory tracking systems and minimizes shrinkage to ensure optimal material flow and availability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory tracking systems to record deliveries shipments and stock levels.
  • Evaluates deliveries shipments and product levels to improve inventory control expectations.
  • Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
  • Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain logistics procedures.
  • Monitors demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
  • Reports on inventory levels supply chain progress procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
  • Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education Experience and Licensing Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
  • Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
  • Product and inventory management certification

Pay: The range is $65856 - $78400 per year. Exact salary offered will depend on candidates experience work location skills etc.
