Inventory Control Coordinator

The Role:

Our site inColorado SpringsRockrimmon COisseekingaInventory ControlCoordinatorto join our team.This roleis responsible formanaging andmaintainingaccurateinventory records supporting material flow processes and ensuringtimelyavailability of inventory to meet operational needs. This role requires hands-on experience in inventory control problem-solving and continuous improvement within a warehouse manufacturinganddistribution environment.

WhatYoullDo:

• Maintainaccurateinventory levels through cycle counts audits and system transactions

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including root cause analysis

• Perform routine inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system records

• Process inventory transactions (receipts transfers adjustments and returns) in SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

• Monitor inventory metrics (accuracy shrinkage turnover) and recommend improvements

• Assistin implementing inventory control procedures and best practices

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to use Fork Truck safely and effectively to support daily company and department objectives

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Work in both team and cross functional environments

• Any other duties as assigned

What We Seek:

• 23 years of experience in inventory control materials management or related field

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP Oracle or similar)

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective communication and teamwork

• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks

• Preferred: Experience in manufacturing distribution or supply chain environments

• Preferred: Familiarity with cycle counting programs and inventory auditing techniques

• Compensation: $21-$25 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
