The WarehouseInventoryCoordinatorisresponsible forachievinginventorycontrolgoals by working independently and collectively with the rest role ownsaccurateinventory reporting and documentation related to monthly inventory expectations.
How YouWill Make Contributions ThatMatter:
- Perform product inventory activitiesbyconfirming physical inventory quantity and locationalong withreporting variances.
- Responsible forinventory controlactivities includingcreating assigning and completinginventory control tasksidentifyinginvestigatingand resolving inventory discrepanciesresulting fromuse of exception codes.
- Completemonthly cycle counts on all inventory and locations both physical and virtual and perform reconciliation as needed.
- Oversee all physical customer returns investigate customer claims related to shortages overages or damages reported communicatefindingsand provide research summaryand responses to claims as directed.
- Perform warehouse team lead responsibilities to include coordinating assigning work activitiesreportingand follow-up.
- Assistwith investigatingproduct shortages andensuring orderfill rates are met withoutwarehouse-controlledshortages.
- Create STOs (Stock Transfer Orders) to move products between warehouse locationsasneeded.
- Provide scheduling support to backfill vacancies to minimize department operation disruption.
- Perform all required SAP transactions complete all required documentation.
- Collaboratecommunicateand provide cross-functional support with other departments to minimize warehouse operations disruption.
- Complete daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection ensuring safe operation and reporting any concerns to maintenance personnel or shift supervisor.
- Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices Saputos food safety qualityprogramsand regulatory requirements.
- Promptly report all potential quality food safety and workplace safety hazards tomanagementteam.
- Attend andparticipatesin all required training shiftmeetingsand committees.
- Adhere to the Saputo code of ethics and actively apply the Saputo values.
- Performother duties as requested directed or assigned.
You Are Best Suited for The Role If YouHaveTheFollowing Experience Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Preferred 2-year degree in supply chain management or inventory control management.
- Two-yearsin a lead warehouse role directly in a warehouselogistics transportation or distribution center environment.
- Excellent computer skills with advanced experience with word processing spreadsheet applications and specialized inventory control software programs (WMS)SAPa plus.
- Able tooperatematerial handling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer orders inventory reports operatingprocedures to ensuredocuments are audited andaccurate. Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Arehighlyorganized and efficient.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
- Work together professionally in a team environment with coworkers and other department personnel.
- Must have excellent mathematical to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
Position Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limitedto:noise changing temperatures (hot wet cold humid)standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbingstairs maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift.
- Physical lifting up to50-lbsunassistedfrequentlythroughout the shift.
- Working with chemicals wearing personal protective equipment and following approved chemical handling procedures.
- Good visual acuity with the ability to distinguish vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Fine manipulation and hand dexterity including ability to grip and squeeze;handle or feel objectstoolsor controls; reach with hands and arms
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)to includebump cap hearing and eye protection. This alsoincludeadditionalPPE requirements as defined for the position activities.

Starting wage $30.05 shift differential.
