Job Summary
Summary/Objective:
In this role the Inventory Control Clerk I has general responsibility for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle count processes research on inventory discrepancies and supporting with physical inventories.

In this role the Inventory Control Clerk I has general responsibility for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle count processes research on inventory discrepancies and supporting with physical inventories.

- Conducts physical count of inventory by completing cycle counts
- Resolves and tracks orders to investigates problems
- Reconciles and restocks product in warehouse locations
- Ensures inventory transactions and stock status reports are completed on a timely basis
- Research inventory discrepancies and provides root cause analysis
- Conduct incidental audits of orders and receipts including location audits to preserve the integrity of the Warehouse Management System
- Ensures a safe operation of all materials handling equipment
- Maintain the highest standards of safety housekeeping and 5S and retain a clean safe and secure work area.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures at all times.
- Participates in other duties tasks and projects as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED); and three (3) years related experience with inventory/ as a warehouse supervisor
- Experience with shipping receiving and inventory control
- Communication - written and verbal
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Experience with material handling equipment
