Inventory Control Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Associate to join our supply chain and warehouse management team. The ideal candidate will help in maintaining accurate inventory levels analyzing stock data and supporting procurement and logistics operations.

Duties

• Perform inventory control activities including stock counting cycle counting and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with logistics functions such as shipping & receiving order fulfillment and materials handling to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist Inventory manager with daily inventory process and procedures
• Handle heavy lifting as needed during materials handling activities while adhering to safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse distribution inventory management software (such as ERP systems) or supply chain analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments such as production planning or merchandising.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting when necessary; adherence to safety standards is essential.
• Strong math skills along with technical proficiency in ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms are preferred.
• Forklift/Order picking familiarity a plus
