Inventory Clerk

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Inventory Clerk toensures accurate inventory records maintains clean and organized warehouse and storage areas and supports the timely movement of equipment and supplies between location.

• Unload and receive incoming deliveries of materials supplies equipment and other inventory.
• Inspect incoming items for accuracy condition and completeness.
• Match received shipments against invoices packing slips and other documentation.
• Stock materials and equipment in designated warehouse and storage locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment and supply needs to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory and storage areas.
• Keep warehouses and storage areas clean orderly and safe.
• Prepare and ship RMA equipment to vendors or service providers for repair.
• Collect and process returned equipment ensuring items are properly identified and accounted for.
• Add returned equipment to the Test Warehouse and maintain appropriate organization and inventory records.
• Package and box equipment for shipment to other company locations.
• Prepare shipments for delivery and ensure equipment and materials are properly secured and labeled.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to offices and remote storage areas as requested.
• Assist with inventory organization warehouse projects and other operational needs as assigned.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the department and organization.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Strong attentions to detail and accuracy when receiving inspecting counting and documenting inventory.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous warehouse inventory shipping/receiving or material-handling experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license for deliveries between offices and storage locations.
