Inventory Clerk IT Tech

Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented entry-level Inventory / IT Technician to support campus-wide inventory operations and provide basic IT assistance across two campuses. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all campus equipment including instructional operational and IT assets
• Receive track issue transfer and store equipment for two campuses
• Assist with routine inventory audits and reconciliation
• Keep inventory and storage areas organized and orderly
• Coordinate with campus staff regarding equipment requests and availability
• Maintain basic inventory documentation and logs

IT Support:

• Respond to helpdesk tickets from teachers and staff
• Provide basic troubleshooting for devices printers and classroom technology
• Assist with setup deployment and replacement of equipment
• Escalate technical issues as needed
• Communicate clearly regarding ticket status and resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to stay focused multitask and follow through on assigned tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems applications and settings
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work between two campuses as needed

Preferred (but Not Required):

• Experience in inventory clerical warehouse or school-related roles
• Basic familiarity with computers printers or classroom technology
• Interest in learning IT and technical support skills

Required Experience:

Junior IC
