Shift: Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM 04:00 PM
Summary
- Use handheld RF scanners and mobile applications to perform replenishments stock rotation cycle counts order entry returns and backorder processing.
- Receive inspect scan and store incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts.
- Manage customer interactions through email and phone communications.
- Assist internal teams in resolving customer inquiries and operational issues.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Follow safety procedures maintain organized work areas and wear required PPE.
- Continuously walk stand reach and lift up to 40 lbs. as part of daily operations.
- Utilize ERP systems Microsoft Outlook and shipping software to support daily activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of inventory management experience.
- Experience using handheld RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Basic computer proficiency including ERP systems Microsoft Outlook and shipping software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical warehouse activities on a continuous basis.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and customer service skills.
