What Youll Do

As an Inventory Assistant youll play an important role in ensuring our inventory is accurate organized and ready for both our sales team and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with managing new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Verify vehicle information and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.
• Assist with dealer trades vehicle transfers and inventory logistics.
• Help maintain lot organization and vehicle placement.
• Ensure vehicles are properly photographed and represented online.
• Monitor inventory reports and communicate discrepancies.
• Work closely with Sales Service and Management to support daily operations.
• Perform regular lot audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Help prepare vehicles for sale by ensuring required documentation and vehicle status are complete.

What Were Looking For

• Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
