Inventory and Service Coordinator

Were looking for someone who can help create an exceptional experience for our customers both online and in person. This role combines photography customer service scheduling and dealership support into one fun fast-paced position where no two days are exactly alike.

• Photograph new and pre owned vehicles for our website.
• Ensure every vehicle has a complete consistent high quality photo set.
• Stage vehicles so they look clean and professional.
• Upload and organize vehicle photos.
• Monitor inventory to make sure newly arrived vehicles are photographed promptly.

• Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly professional attitude.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department.
• Help create an exceptional first impression for every customer.

• Coordinate customer pick-up and delivery appointments.
• Occasionally pick up or deliver customer vehicles.
• Assist our Internal Service Advisor with administrative tasks and customer communication.
• Help keep service operations organized and running smoothly.

• Jump in wherever help is needed.
• Work closely with our sales service and office teams.
• Help improve processes and create a great customer experience.

• Loves helping people.
• Has a positive can do attitude.
• Is dependable and organized.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Enjoys photography or has an eye for making things look great.
• Can comfortably multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Has a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Pays attention to details and takes pride in producing quality work.

• Customer service experience.
• Automotive or dealership experience.
• Photography or social media experience.
• Scheduling or administrative experience.

• Full-time position
• Hourly pay $16.50 - $19.50 per hour based on experience
