The role works collaboratively with the North American and Global Parts teams to support defined team and business objectives. This position encompasses multiple workstreams with a significant focus on systems such as Syncron SAP and Excel. Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesPopulation and creation of dashboards (all frequencies)Compiling weekly business & departmental reportsTimely completion of analysis for NPIAd-hoc reportingSAP maintenanceUpdating and improving existing reportsUtilization of SAP Syncron and JDS to extract dataWork within Syncron to execute forecast and inventory processesOrder management to ensure parts availability objectives are metProcess improvement and automation of existing processes / reportsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree3 years of analyst or similar experienceMust pass any drug screens background checks and any pre-employment tests which will be conducted in accordance with applicable QualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or other quantitative fieldKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesProficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPointSAP and Syncron experience preferableExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detailDeliver complex data analysis using large data sets with support or autonomouslyStrong process improvement competenciesVery strong organizational analytical & time management skillsProject management skills including the abilities to handle multiple projects in an international environment and work effectively with colleagues and clients in diverse departments geographic locations and time zonesAbility to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlinesExperience using tools to streamline processes like Power Query SQL VBA AI interpersonal skillsJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
