This candidate should be a board-certified MD/DO (Anesthesiology or PM&R) with an ACGME-accredited pain fellowship and 3 years of post-training experience. They will drive revenue through advanced procedures oversee mid-level providers and help grow your local referral footprint.

We are a premier independent physician-owned interventional pain practice dedicated to providing comprehensive minimally invasive pain relief. Our goal is to restore patient function and quality of life through accurate diagnostics precise fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedures and tailored multidisciplinary treatment plans. The practice has three locations throughout the metropolitan area.

Position Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial experienced Interventional Pain Physician to join our growing private practice. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both basic and advanced interventional procedures excellent bedside manner and a desire to thrive in an autonomous physician-led environment. You will be responsible for evaluating diagnosing and treating patients with acute and chronic pain while operating in a state-of-the-art clinical and fluoroscopy suite.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive face-to-face evaluations of new and established patients reviewing medical history examination imaging and previous treatments.
Interventional Procedures: Perform a wide array of image-guided interventional techniques (fluoroscopy and ultrasound) including but not limited to: epidural steroid injections facet injections medial branch blocks radiofrequency ablations (RFA) and sympathetic blocks. Advanced procedures such as spinal cord stimulation (SCS) Intracept and MILD are highly desirable.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized multimodal treatment plans focusing on non-opioid interventional approaches to chronic pain.
Collaboration: Work closely and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) and clinical staff to ensure coordinated high-quality patient care.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation appropriate coding/billing and strict adherence to CMS and state guidelines for pain medicine.
Practice Growth: Build strong trust-based relationships with referring physicians in the greater St. Louis / Creve Coeur area to drive patient volume.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Training: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via ABPMR or ABA).
Experience: Minimum of Three years of clinical experience in an interventional pain setting.
Licensing: Active unrestricted medical license in the State of Missouri with current DEA and Controlled Substance registrations.
Skills: High proficiency in C-arm guided spinal injections excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of private practice workflow.
