We are seeking responsible and dynamic individuals to fill the position of Intervener. There are positions available throughout the State of Utah. Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: As an Intervener you will:

Schedule Code AE - Employees of the State Board of Edu. This is a career service exempt at will position.
Supplemental Information:
- Risks found in potentially dangerous or unusual environmental stress situations e.g. being subject to possible
physical attack. Risks are related to the possibility of working with students who are non-compliant self-abusive
and/or aggressive. - The work has strenuous physical requirements such as long periods of standing walking recurring bending
crouching stooping stretching reaching or similar activities and recurring lifting of students with limited mobility
and/or their personal special needs equipment. Must be able to lift and carry over fifty (50) pounds with or without
a reasonable accommodation. - These are part-time and substitute positions. Work schedules for part-time positions vary typically Monday
through Friday six (6) hours per day 181 days per school year. Work schedules for substitute positions are on an
as needed basis only. - Not all locations have jobs available at all times.
- Hourly rate $19.00. Receive $1 increase after completion of Intervener training.
- Substitutes hourly rate $17.00.
