Intern,Technical Business Analyst Product Owner

This internship is designed for students who are curious motivated and eager to learn while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders end users and technical delivery teams
• Gather analyze and documentbusiness functional and technical requirements
• Translate business needs intoclear user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items
• Support definition ofproduct scope priorities and roadmapaligned to business goals
• Partner with developers architects QA and UX teams to help design scalable and effective solutions
• Assist withmanaging and prioritizing the product backlogbased on business value risk and dependencies
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions stakeholder interviews and cross-functional workshops
• Ensure traceability from business objectives through to delivered technical solutions
• Support solution design by clarifying workflows integrations data needs and system impacts
• Review technical proposals and provide business context to support decision-making
• Validate delivered features against requirements acceptance criteria and user expectations
• Supportuser acceptance testing defect triage and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and automation
• Analyze data business rules and operational workflows to recommend optimized solutions
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate scope changes or impacts to stakeholders
• Assist withrelease planning implementation readiness and post-launch support
• Track product performance user feedback and enhancement opportunities
• Maintain key documentation including process flows requirements decisions and release notes
• Support compliance with governance security and enterprise technology standards
• Promote collaboration transparency and shared understanding across business and IT teams
• Support ongoing projects reporting analysis or process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.

• Participate in team meetings professional development opportunities and internship program activities.

• Present project outcomes recommendations or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.

Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Analysis Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Rising sophomore junior or senior at the time of the internship preferred

• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.

Skills and Knowledge

• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding ofAgile Scrum product ownership and business analysis concepts
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable deliverables
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in product delivery digital transformation and process optimization
• Familiarity with tools such asJira Confluence Azure DevOps Visio SQL Excel or similar toolsis a plus
• Strong SQL skills
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)is a plus
• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
