Job Summary
- Perform miscellaneous tasks throughout the lab including cleaning ordering discarding of solutions organizing supplies and retrieving and returning samples from sample storage
- Learn to perform monthly maintenance on both laboratory equipment
- Prepare samples for analysis and monitor some instrumentation with minimum supervision including. Instrumentation will also be cleaned and stored appropriately after use
- Assist with Inventory process within the group
- Perform a variety of organizational tasks to aide in the everyday functionality of the laboratory
- Perform laboratory cleaning responsibilities of equipment and controlled rooms
- Work efficiently document work clearly and perform responsibilities accurately
- Special projects as necessary/as directed
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
Position is an internship opportunity Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Pay rate is $15/h.
