Join Talpa Supermercados as a Human Resources & Recruiting Intern this summer and gain hands-on experience supporting impactful HR initiatives across a growing multi-site organization.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Human Resources team on recruiting employee engagement and internal communications projects that directly influence our workforce and company culture.

As an HR & Recruiting Intern you will:

• Support recruiting initiatives including the development of a college tour program and campus outreach strategies
• Create and standardize HR templates such as job postings onboarding materials and internal communications
• Assist with employee engagement and well-being initiatives including planning activities and events
• Help build and maintain basic HR dashboards and reports (recruiting engagement and workforce metrics)
• Draft and support employee communications including announcements newsletters and campaigns
• Assist with updating and maintaining HR documents processes and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR and people-related projects

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Communications Psychology or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in employee engagement company culture and people development
• Comfortable working with data Excel or dashboards (a plus not required)
• Proactive adaptable and eager to learn

• Exposure to multi-site retail operations and hiring strategies
