From a customers first inquiry our representatives become trusted advisors providing personalized assistance answering questions coordinating appointments and ensuring a smooth transition to our showroom team. Proven success in automotive Internet Sales BDC or a customer-focused sales environment

Ability to convert internet leads into appointments and sales
