• Manage and respond to new and used vehicle internet leads.
• Communicate with customers via phone text email and online chat.
• Schedule appointments and help customers through the buying process.
• Follow up with leads to maximize appointments and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and meet daily follow-up goals.

• Automotive dealership experience is required.
• Previous internet sales BDC or automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated with excellent follow-up habits.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.
