International Logistics Coordinator

Milacron is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Batavia Ohio (onsite). In this position you will be responsible for executing daytoday international import and export activities ensuring accurate documentation regulatory compliance and timely movement of goods to support Milacrons global Youll Do:Prepare review and maintain international shipping documentation including commercial invoices packing lists bills of lading certificates of origin and export control international shipments with freight forwarders carriers and customs brokers ensuring schedules and lead times are compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations including ITAR EAR and AES filing shipments in transit and proactively resolve documentation issues delays or customs accurate records in ERP systems and shared document repositories; support labeling and shipment preparation activities as :Associates or Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.25 years of experience in international logistics import/export operations or global trade knowledge of international shipping documentation and with U.S. import and export regulations and customs coordinating daytoday international shipments in a fastpaced with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).Customs brokerage experience or trade compliance certification preferred.
