Internal Service Technician

Mercedes Benz of North Haven is seeking a skilled Internal Service Technician to join our team in North Haven CT. This role involves diagnosing maintaining and repairing all makes and models of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Diagnose vehicle issues using computer diagnostic equipment and manual troubleshooting techniques.
• Conduct inspections and road tests to identify vehicle problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Ensure all work complies with workshop safety and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to provide excellent customer service.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician working on multiple makes and models.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Excellent mechanical electrical and electronic knowledge related to vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid automotive technician certification preferred.
