Responsibilities

Duties

• Greet customers promptly and professionally providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues for service technicians
• Prepare detailed service estimates including auto estimating and explain repair options to customers
• Upsell additional services such as oil changes tire services alignments suspension work brake repairs and transmission services when appropriate
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance procedures like diesel engine repair shocks & struts replacement air brake servicing and auto body repairs
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of all services performed using service writing systems
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Assist in managing parts inventory related to vehicle maintenance tasks

• • Prior dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance procedures
  • Experience with auto estimating auto body repair transmissions oil changes alignment suspension work tire service diesel engine repair shocks & struts brake repair and air brake systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
  • Sales experience including upselling automotive services and automobile sales techniques
  • Mechanical knowledge combined with service technician experience is advantageous
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proven ability in auto service writing and automotive repair processes is highly desirable
