Internal Service Advisor

Lockhart Cadillac a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership is seeking an organized process-driven Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator to join our team.

This position works closely with Sales and Service Management to coordinate new vehicle pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and the complete pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and to Cadillacs high standards.

• Automotive service administration experience required

• Dealership service advisor or internal service advisor experience preferred

• Luxury automotive experience preferred but not required

• Strong organizational communication and computer skills

• Detail-oriented and process-driven

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Coordinate all new vehicle PDIs and pre-owned reconditioning

• Work with Sales and Service Management to prioritize vehicle flow

• Monitor repairs inspections and vehicle status

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely vehicle completion

• Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards
