Active Ohio Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM or FM
Active DEA
Certifications: Ohio CSR Required
Experience: Outpatient Primary Care Experience
Other Qualifications: Internal Medicine physicians must see all ages; NPDB Self-Query within previous 6 months required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient primary care services
Evaluate diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Document patient encounters in Epic
Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams
Float among assigned Cleveland Clinic outpatient locations
