Internal Medicine Physician

As our Primary Care Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician you will join a growing physician-led practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton playing a pivotal role in the continued success design and development of our regional comprehensive health service line.

You will provide expert outpatient clinical care to a diverse patient population within the community focusing on preventive medicine chronic disease management and acute care interventions. You will also contribute significantly to shaping a robust patient-centered care network in a highly collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a passion for delivering high-quality compassionate care strong clinical and diagnostic skills and a commitment to building a premier medical home within a supportive mission-driven environment. • Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services including routine wellness exams preventative health screenings and management of acute and chronic illnesses.

• Formulate and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans while monitoring patient health outcomes and promoting long-term wellness.

• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with a dedicated network of local medical specialists nurse practitioners and regional clinical leaders to optimize patient care pathways.

• Educate patients and their families on wellness strategies lifestyle modifications and chronic condition self-management to empower healthier lives within the community.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Guaranteed annual base salary of $275000 - $300000/year for the first two years plus productivity-based incentives

• Flexible Scheduling Options: Choose between a traditional Monday through Friday schedule or a 4-day workweek with options for standard day shifts or night shifts based on personal preference or practice needs

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

• Active or eligible medical license in the state of California

• Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification (or eligibility to obtain)

• Completion of an accredited post-graduate residency training program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Excellent communication interpersonal and team-based clinical problem-solving skills
