High Risk Physician

Starling Physicians is seeking Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our High Risk Department. This provider will manage complex high-risk patients with multiple chronic diseases who are in transition of care and/or have higher acuity short-term needs. The provider will collaborate with Starling physicians and care management staff to provide medical care and assessment of care management/social work/pharmacy needs with the goal of achieving high value outcomes related to quality metrics patient experience and appropriate utilization and costs.

Responsibilities include:

• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and shared call. Option for a four-day work week is available.
• Opportunities available in our New Britain location.

Requirements include:

• Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing.
• Board Certification and DEA license required.
