Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $285000
• Up to 15% annual performance bonus
• $3000 quarterly leadership stipend for each Pharmacist and Physician Assistant supervised
• 5 weeks (200 hours) of PTO

Position Highlights

• 50% clinical care / 50% administrative and leadership responsibilities
• Reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer
• Average clinic volume of 2.6 patients per hour

• In this role youll provide comprehensive primary care manage patient documentation and support high-quality patient care while helping lead clinical operations. Leadership responsibilities include overseeing 4 Physicians 7 Nurse Practitioners and 2 Physician Assistants monitoring provider productivity collaborating with the CMO on workflow optimization and operational initiatives and coordinating provider schedules and coverage.
• The organization offers Primary Care HIV and Hepatitis C treatment Behavioral Health and Pharmacy services. Providers participate in a shared call schedule averaging 14 calls per month with nurse triage handling initial calls. Full-time provider panels typically range from patients adjusted based on the physicians 50% clinical commitment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Primary care experience with an interest in physician leadership
• Eligible to obtain or maintain an active New Mexico Medical License
