A large integrated nonprofit health system in Connecticut is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join its growing primary care team. Multiple locations available throughout the state.

100% outpatient primary care
Adults-only patient population (18)
MondayFriday schedule with optional 4-day workweek
Minimal phone-only call (2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months)
