Job Summary

Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to support our organizations commitment to regulatory compliance quality assurance and operational excellence. This role is responsible for conducting internal audits reviewing compliance practices across service lines and regions investigating concerns and ensuring adherence to federal state and local regulations. The Internal Auditor will work collaboratively with leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement mitigate risk and promote a culture of Youll Bring:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex compliance and operational written and verbal communication to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining attention to organizational and time management judgment and discretion when handling confidential to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional to maintaining current knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best Youll Have:Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work in human services healthcare compliance auditing risk management or a related field with Microsoft Office and other business software conducting audits investigations reviews or compliance monitoring to successfully complete ODP Certified Investigator training within one year of be at least 18 years of age.A Typical Day May Include:Conducting internal audits and onsite reviews of programs and service locations according to established schedules or identified policies procedures documentation and operational processes for compliance with regulatory comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and operational compliance governance risk and control (GRC) investigations as with Incident Management investigations and ensuring all regulatory timelines are and monitoring changes to federal state and local regulations impacting and delivering compliance-related training sessions for staff and with department leadership to discuss audit status quality initiatives audit planning and process conferences workshops and training programs to maintain regulatory and industry additional compliance reviews and special projects as assigned.
