Internal Advisor

The Internal Service Advisor plays a crucial role in the success of both the Sales and Service departments of the dealership. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure vehicles are efficiently prepared to be sold and added to the inventory in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate service and repair work for dealership-owned vehicles including pre-owned sales and other internal inventory.
• Create and manage repair orders document requested work and ensure repair information is accurate and complete.
• Review technician findings and coordinate repair needs approvals parts and next steps with the appropriate departments.
• Monitor vehicles throughout the repair and reconditioning process following up on delays and helping keep work moving efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle status repair needs costs and estimated completion times to internal stakeholders.
• Verify completed work and documentation before closing repair orders and releasing vehicles.
• Partner with technicians Parts Sales Pre-Owned and Service leadership to support timely vehicle readiness.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous automotive service reconditioning or dealership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive repair processes repair orders and dealership service operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities at the same time.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians managers and other dealership departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and follow-through.
• Ability to identify delays resolve routine issues and keep vehicles progressing through the service process.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment where vehicle turnaround time and quality are important.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Pay: $35 - $35 / hour
