Summary:

NABHOLZ CONSTRUCTION seeks to provide interns with learning opportunities in a dynamic environment. Interns apply and test their knowledge and skills on project sites and/or in an office environment. NABHOLZ is proud of its history of developing successful relationships with various universities and ultimately hiring talented construction management students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

During the program interns have opportunities to gain relevant field experience in the following areas:

• Help develop maintain and improve existing applications.
• Build/Learn web solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain legacy projects/applications.
• Proactive and motivated to be involved in special projects to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of information technology operations.
• Research and stay up to date on modern technologies.
• Help co-workers or partners with problems they may have. Ensure high-quality customer service.
• This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Education/Skill Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in a College or University.
• Solid programming skills.
• Willingness to learn self-starter and high degree of initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a team & build effective relationships.
• Microsoft SharePoint Office and Visual Studio preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of C# HTML5 CSS JavaScript preferred but not required.
• Database management preferably MsSQL or MySQL preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Travel overnight as projects or corporate responsibilities require.
• Continuously sit stand or walk.
• Bend squat climb stairs or ladders.
• Lift frequently occasionally up to 25 pounds

Work environment:

• Office cubicle jobsite or workstation.
• Often work at great heights or outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Some jobs expose workers to harmful materials or chemicals fumes odors electricity loud noise or dangerous machinery.
