Job Summary
What You Can Expect
As a Retail Operations Analyst Intern you will have the opportunity to learn about and support the products we sell including troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns that impact billing this role you will be exposed to and expected to contribute to key billing functions through both independent and crossfunctional team projects. The Intern Analyst will work with thirdparty vendors both independently and collaboratively as needed to deliver bestinclass customer service to our internal and external customers. This threemonth internship is based in Houston TX and runs from September 2026 through December 2026. You will report to the Billing Resolutions Manager.
- Update and review daily reporting to support several internal daily operational processes
- Assist in gathering requirements and QA testing for new development on projects designed to improve billing customer experience and reporting
What Youll Bring
- Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
- You have effective communication skills and collaborate well in team environments
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy consisting of in-office and work-from home opportunities required (2040 hours/week depending on academic schedule)
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.50 - $32.00 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
