Description

We are seeking bright motivated individuals eager to jumpstart their careers and make an impact. This internship offers hands-on training ahead of the 2026 tax season with exposure to tax preparation bookkeeping and day-to-day office operations in a supportive professional environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Support the team with basic business tax preparation tasks.

  • Help organize and review client financial documents.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

  • Communicate with clients to collect missing or required information.

  • Assist with general administrative and office duties.

  • Learn and use accounting and tax software tools.

  • Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all work.

Essential traits:

  • Currently studying accounting finance or a related program or recently graduated.

    • Have a basic understanding of accounting concepts.

    • Detail-oriented and organized.

    • Have strong communication skills (written and verbal).

    • Eager to learn and take direction.

    • Can work both independently and as part of a team.

    • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

    • Experience with Microsoft Office or cloud-based tools
