LabCorp is seeking a GoldenGate Administration Intern to join our Oracle Goldengate Team located in Durham NC!
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 40hrs per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining Oracle GoldenGate replication environments.
- Support configuration testing and validation of GoldenGate Extract and Replicat processes.
- Help troubleshoot replication latency and data synchronization issues.
- Participate in database administration and operational support activities.
- Assist with documenting procedures configurations and best practices.
- Support automation monitoring and reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate with database administrators engineers and project teams on assigned tasks and projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors degree program in Computer Science Information Technology or Computer Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-6 months experience with relational databases and SQL
- 3-6 months experience and understanding of database concepts and data flows
Additional Job Standards:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures
- Eagerness to learn enterprise database and data integration technologies.
- Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision
- Maintains professionalism including punctuality and appropriate conduct
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Actively participates in training sessions and applies newly learned skills accordingly

Internship Details:
- Duration: 12 weeks full-time
- Dates of Internship: May 24 2027-August 13 2027
- Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
- Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
