As an Intern you will gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily interactions and job assignments develop business financial and analytical skills and perform market research and analytics. Internship opportunities are available in a variety of specialty areas throughout the CommonSpirit system.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:

• High School Diploma orGED required

• Strong analytical reasoning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team-building skills
• Flexibility to adapt to new situations
• Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or graduate of Bachelors Degree program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Masters Degree or graduate of a Masters Program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Juris Doctorate (preferred)
