Customer Service Intern Mentor OH

Job Summary: Climax Metals (a division of RBC Bearings) is currently looking for a Customer Service Intern. The ideal candidate will provide customer service and administrative support while helping maintain a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly professional and courteous support to customers.
• Help maintain customer records and information in company systems.
• Assist with responding to requests for literature product information and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to help ensure customer needs are addressed.
• Learn company products and services to better support customer needs.
• Support Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Promote a positive image of the company through professional customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Zero (0) to Five (5) years experience in a customer-focused business-to-business environment.
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
