Job Summary
Doyon Government Group (DGG) provides design-build and general construction services including demolition new construction renovations and repairs for government-owned facilities and military installations nationwide.
The Intern (Contracts Department) position will support the administrative requirements at our Doyon Government Group corporate office for the Contracts Department. This position primarily provides administrative support to the contracts management and staff. The Intern will periodically work with highly sensitive private and confidential personal information and records. Accordingly this position must at all times uphold and preserve this confidentiality and secure and safeguard all records.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- CPARS administration assistance
- FFRS reporting assistance
- Electronically prepare/organize/file contract documents as needed
- Assist department with communication with the customers for process flow of the contract from start to close out
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled in college and pursuing a degree.
- Must be a Doyon shareholder
Preferred:
- Associates degree
- 6 months administrative experience
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of the work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people in differing functions personalities and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is generally sedentary requiring routine walking standing bending and carrying items weighing up to forty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour. Exact compensation will vary based on skills experience education certifications and work location.
