IT Intern
Part-Time position
Duration 8-12 weeks
Summer internship for a cybersecurity student joining Southern Industries IT Department. The intern will contribute to three high-priority security initiatives that directly reduce organizational risk and modernize our identity and access management posture.
This internship role is set to give the student hands-on experience with tools and concepts that directly apply to their cybersecurity coursework:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) in an enterprise environment
- SAML/OIDC protocol implementation
- Salesforce platform security configuration
- Risk assessment and policy writing
- AI governance and data privacy frameworks
- Stakeholder communication and IT documentation
