Intermediate Teacher Pool

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Washington State teaching certificate with proper endorsement; Bachelors degree; Masters preferred
• Successful teaching experience preferred
• Strong pre-reading core academic skills and student centered approach to learning
• Experience and/or training working with diverse learning capabilities ranging from special education through gifted including at-risk students
• Demonstrated interest commitment and ability to work positively with students
• Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to decision making in collaboration with administrators and other staff members
• Willingness to collaborate and team teach with grade level team to provide differentiated learning
• Knowledge of Washington State education trends and the use of technology in the classroom

• Ability to provide a highly structured learning environment and work with a team

• Excellent communication skills flexibility and positive attitude required

This is a pool posting for intermediate level positions (grades 5 and 6) that are currently or may become available for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates interested in teaching Math Science English Language Arts and Social Studies are encouraged to apply.
