As an Interior Door Shop Associate at BPI you will be an important member of our millwork team responsible for the production and assembly of high-quality interior this hands-on role you will work with a variety of materials equipment and assembly processes to ensure products are built accurately efficiently and to customer specifications.

You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process while supporting a safe organized and productive work environment. Success in this position requires attention to detail a strong work ethic the ability to follow production schedules and a commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

• Assemble and manufacture interior door units according to specifications and production schedules.
• Operate shop equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure cut machine and prepare components for assembly.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

• Ability to read and follow work orders production schedules and basic measurements.
• Experience using hand tools power tools and measuring devices such as tape measures and squares.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
