Our Healthcare Studio is growing and were looking for an experienced Healthcare Interior Designer whos ready to get hands-on across a range of project types and scales.

What youll be doing:

• Lead design and production while collaborating with a team of interior designers and architects throughout all phases of the design process
• Oversee the development and completion of conceptual schematic and design development materials
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and consultants across offices and disciplines
• Actively market the firms services in coordination with the PIC
• Maintain design integrity throughout all phases of the project
• Ensure quality control of drawings and specifications
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients and prospective clients
• Lead and mentor staff as well as foster a team environment throughout all phases of the project

About you:

A great match for our team is someone who has:

• A bachelors or masters degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited degree program
• 15 years of healthcare design experience
• NCIDQ certification & LEED accreditation preferred
• Proficiency in Revit
• Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred including but not limited to: SketchUp Enscape Adobe Creative Suite Miro and Office 365
• A desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner
• Experience managing/mentoring junior staff
• A willingness to travel as occasional travel may be necessary
