Cherry Bekaert is partnering with an innovative high-growth technology organization supporting critical national security and intelligence missions to identify anInterim SEC Reporting Manager. This immediate need will support the companys external reporting function while a permanent search is underway.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on SEC reporting professional who thrives in a fast-paced public company environment and can quickly contribute to filing deadlines technical accounting requirements and reporting accuracy.

• Immediate start required
• Expected duration of 2-3 months
• Primarily on-site in Herndon VA withsomeflexibility for1-2 daysremote workonce established
• Estimated pay rate:$70-$80/hour

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and filing of SEC reports including periodic filings and related disclosures
• Manage and execute XBRL/iXBRL tagging requirements
• Utilize Workiva and SEC filing platforms to prepare and review reporting packages
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of External Reporting and reporting team members
• Apply technical accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Assist with reporting processes documentation and filing support
• Perform detailed reviews to ensure accuracy consistency and completeness

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Significant SEC reportingexperience
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirementspreferred

• Hands-on experience with Workiva and SEC filing systems required
• Experience with XBRL/iXBRL tagging platforms required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently
• Willingness to be hands-on and support day-to-day reporting activities
