Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the skilled nursing facility

Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations

Drive clinical quality customer satisfaction and census performance

Lead mentor and support department heads and facility staff

Manage staffing budgeting and financial performance

Maintain positive relationships with residents families referral sources and community partners

Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals

Prepare the facility for surveys and oversee any regulatory follow-up activities

Qualifications:

Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required

Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing environment

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance survey management and facility operations

Proven leadership team-building and problem-solving abilities

Track record of driving positive clinical operational and financial outcomes

Ability to start on an interim basis in the Lacey WA market
